Variably spaced Through & Half-blind dovetails are standard on all Super
Jigs. Infinitely adjustable one-piece fingers are easily positioned
for any joint pattern, guaranteeing a half pin at each edge of the joint,
regardless of board width. Cross-cut fence fits on the dovetail finger
assembly to become a sliding dovetail template
Rout half-blind pin boards and tail boards at the same time using the
included two-function spacer to offset the tail board and rout complete
joints in one pass.

gives you the perfect offset every time for dead-on accuracy. And our new
preset template guide allows for quick initial setup for 1/2" to 3/4" thick
stock. Jig will cut half-blind dovetails from 1/2" to 1-1/8" thick and full
through dovetails from 3/8" to 3/4" thick. Accommodates stock up to 11"

Model D4R-24. One of the best just got better! The new D4R-24 jig
features a one piece aluminum extrusion base with machined-in non marring
textured clamping surfaces and machined-in side stops on the top and front
of the jig body. The top side stops have a 3/8" recess for rabbeted boards.
Like its predecessor, the D4R easily produces handmade looking dovetail pins
and tails. Perfect fitting joints for tiny boxes or large case pieces can be
produced in a variety of patterns by simply changing the adjustable guide
fingers. Wooden pieces are clamped into the jig quickly and easily with the
cam action clamps which can be adjusted for different stock thickness in
seconds, or used to repeat the same clamp tension instantly. Through or half
blind dovetails can be easily set up by simply flipping the finger assembly
over. Jigs are meticulously engineered and constructed. Accepts boards up to
24" wide. Maximum pin thickness 1-1/4". Includes three carbide router bits,
a 1/2" D x 8° x 8mm dovetail bit and a 5/16" x 1" x 8mm straight bit for
through dovetails, and a 1/2" D x 14° x 8mm dovetail bit for half blind
dovetails. Also included is a 1/2" to 8mm collet reducer and a 7/16"
template guide bushing, comprehensive instruction manual and instructional
DVD.
The “new” Porter-Cable Omnijig Joinery Systems - the ultimate Dovetail
Jigs. With other dovetail jigs, set-up requires you to work through a trial
and error, dry fitting process prior to cutting dovetails. These
professional quality dovetail jigs take the guesswork out of dovetail
joinery and are fully assembled from the factory. Factory preset stops for
templates and the innovative router bit depth gauge (pod) eliminates this
awkward and annoying step. In addition to a fast initial set up, the “stop
and depth gauge” system allow you to come back and repeat cuts quickly, and
with dead on accuracy. Additional enhancements: Router stabilizer bar to
prevent router tipping. Textured work surfaces to prevent material movement.
On-board instructions and color coded dovetail “recipe” card truly simplify

Model 4210. If you've put off cutting dovetails with your router because
of the complicated set-up of dovetail jigs, wait no longer. Porter-Cable's
new 12" dovetail jig will have you up and cutting dovetails in minutes. This
jig is designed with patented alignment lines and a router bit depth stop so
set-up is easy. Simply adjust the template so the alignment marks line up
with your work piece, set your router bit depth according to the depth stop,
and start routing. Jig will cut half-blind dovetails, rabbeted half-blind
dovetails and dovetail dadoes. Heavy-duty cam-type clamps with
sandpaper-backed locking bars provide a solid grip for the wood

The Hart Design GFK1200 Dovetail Jig gives unbelievable versatility and quality
for the money! With the correct templates you can cut 1/4" & 1/2" half blind
dovetails, 1/4" & 1/2" half blind rabbeted dovetails, 3/4" & 5/8" through
dovetails, plus 1/4", 3/8" & 1/2" box joints. Cuts joints in stock ranging from
7/16" to 1" thick. Edge guides align stock automatically for a perfect fit.
