Shutter hinges are made with curved offset to throw shutter clear of window.
3" x 4" hinge has 1-1/2" maximum throw; 3" x 5" has 2-1/2" max. throw; 3" x 6"
has 3-1/2" max. throw. Hinge width should be equal to twice the thickness of the
reveal. Sold in pairs.
New York style shutter hinges for wood frame or brick construction are hung
flush with casing in frame. Loose joint construction allows for easy hanging and
removal of shutters. Hinge for wood frame (36128) has 1-1/4" offset, 2-1/2"
reveal. Hinge for brick (39943) has 2-1/4" offset, 4-1/2" reveal. Hinges measure
6-3/4" x 2-3/8". Sold in sets of 4. Hinges include screws.
Shutter dogs hold shutters in open position. Dogs for wood frame come with lag
screws. Dogs for brick come with lag screws and lag anchors. Both have
anti-rattle hooks with stainless steel screws. Sold in pairs.
Shutter bolt keeps shutters closed to protect windows. Sold individually.
All pieces are rough black iron unless noted.

Outerpanel butt hinge for inset 3/4" thick panels measures 2-1/2" Length x
2-1/2" Width. Solid brass.
Interpanel butt hinge is used between two shutters; measures 1-1/2" Length x
2-1/2" Width. Solid brass.
Wrap-around hinge for 1-1/8" thick panels and face frame mounting; measures
2-1/2" Length. Solid brass. Hinges include screws.
Shutter pin pack includes 80 standard shutter pins and six shutter tension
control pins. Shutter pins attach louvers to stiles. Tension control pins keep
louvers open at desired location; two needed per shutter. Nylon.
5/8" solid brass knob set includes two knobs, hook and screws.
1" porcelain knob set includes two knobs, hook and screws.
Magnetic catch available in Brown or White. Measures 1/2" H x 3/4" W x 1-7/8"
